Workway is operated by Itnite Software Development Tobiasz Nartowski, 18, 26-060 Gościniec, Poland, NIP 9592036610. Contact: tobiasznartowski@gmail.com. By signing up you agree to these terms and to our Privacy policy.

You upload your CV and confirm your email address. For the next 30days we check new developer job offers, compare them with your experience, and email you the ones that match best. We only email you when there's a strong match, so some weeks you may receive nothing.

The CV you upload must be about you, and the email address must be yours. You're responsible for keeping access to that email address secure.

We don't share your CV with employers or recruiters. Scanning ends after 30 days and all your data is deleted 90 days after sign-up. You can ask us to delete it earlier at any time by emailing tobiasznartowski@gmail.com. Details are in the Privacy policy.

Offers come from third-party job boards and companies. We do our best to make matches accurate and relevant, but we don't guarantee that any offer is current, complete, or will lead to an interview or a job. We're not a party to any agreement between you and an employer.

Workway is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the latest version.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent Polish courts.
